Leukemia
Leukemia is a type of cancer which is about a body’s blood forming tissue, bone marrow and lymphatic system. Leukemia is usually involving white blood cells and when they turn into malignant or cancerous cells. In leukemia the bone marrow produces abnormal white blood cells which do not function properly. But in a healthy human body the white blood cells are potent infection fighters. They would usually be growing and dividing in a very organized way when a healthy body is to need them.
Some examples of them are Acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Other more uncommon leukemias are chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (LMMJ). Both children and adults have one very popular type of leukemia in common which is the Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
This is only a small part of the whole concept of leukemia that many people suffer from all around the world and that I wanted to present to our readers.
