STAN LEE

Stan Lee . We all know who he is, he created characters that made people's childhood and is still making people's childhood. Let's know a little bit more about this legend, shall we?

Stan Lee (Stanley Martin Lieber December 28 1922 - November 12, 2018) was an American comic book writer, editor and publisher, active from 1940s to the2010s. He rose from a family business to becoming Marvel comics primary creative leader for two decades.

In collaboration with co-writers/artists Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko he created characters that hold a special place in our hearts such as Spider Man, the X-man , please Iron Man, Thor , the Hulk, the Fantastic four, Black Panther, Daredevil, doctor Strange and Ant-Man.

As a child he was influenced by reading band watching movies. He dreamt one day to write" The American Novel. In 1971 , Lee was asked to write a story based on bad effects of drugs but wasn't allowed due to the Comic Code Authority (CCA). Lee and Goodman did it anyway and the story became a hit and the CCA abolished the code and allowed negative depiction of drugs. In 2007 at the comic Con international, a Stan Lee action figures in order to honor him.

Sadly he passed away on 12 November this year but he holds a special place in not only Marvell fans but also everybody else.
